Terms of Use
These terms of use apply to the use of DreamStudio and to orders transmitted through the website.
1. DreamStudio’s role
DreamStudio provides a digital platform where independent artists can present and offer their works. As a general rule, DreamStudio is not the seller of works published by individual artists and is not a party to the sales contract between buyer and seller.
2. Agreement between buyer and seller
When a buyer places an order through the website, the ongoing commercial relationship is between the buyer and the artist or seller who owns the relevant artwork. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the artwork information, price, availability, delivery, packaging, condition, payment instructions and fulfilment of the order.
3. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, DreamStudio and the website owners are not responsible for whether a transaction is completed, whether payment is correctly made, whether an artwork is shipped, delivered on time, matches the buyer’s expectations, or whether buyer and seller fulfil their respective obligations. DreamStudio and the website owners are also not liable for disputes, claims, losses, indirect damages, loss of profit or other consequential losses arising between buyer and seller.
4. Disputes and complaints
Any issues relating to delivery, payment, defects, complaints, refunds or other disputes must primarily be handled directly between buyer and seller. DreamStudio may, without being obliged to do so, forward contact details or information that helps the parties get in touch with each other.
5. Platform availability
DreamStudio aims to keep the website available and reasonably up to date, but gives no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete freedom from errors or that all information is always current. DreamStudio may change, limit or remove content and functionality at any time.
6. Mandatory law
Nothing in these terms of use is intended to restrict statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
